I don't really know how to describe it, and that random picture above obviously does it no justice, you're just going to have to give the link a click. To sum it up, someone on the internet decided we needed a site that would locate your mouse's location on screen, scan a presumably vast database of pictures, and find a photo that crops perfectly to someone pointing directly at your cursor.
