Fox News - The FBI said the man who allegedly stole private, nude photos from Hollywood celebrities' cell phones and distributed them on the Internet, acted alone. Christopher Chaney was fingered in a multi-count indictment Wednesday in a press conference announcing the arrest, which resulted from an investigation the FBI dubbed Operation “Hackerazzi.” Chaney allegedly "gained unauthorized access of over 50 individuals" according to the indictment, which went into detail about exactly how Chaney accessed and disseminated information from the alleged victims' cell phones. Among the individuals whose accounts were allegedly breached are the actresses Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis, and singer Christina Aguilera. All three have had private photos hit the Web in the past 12 months.
That was fast guys, a little eager to get your hands on that evidence, I'm sure it's being analyzed and scrutinized on 24 hour watch right now, eh?
Does America's freedom of information act apply here? Can I subpoena these other photos that he stole and expose celebrity boobs to citizens of America, in the name of democracy, of course.
Am I crazy for thinking the only thing this guy should've been arrested for is not releasing pics from the other 47 individuals? Like, who do ya got buddy? Come on. Fucking hoarder, share the wealth with the rest of us. Here's the thing, you have to know you're going to get caught at some point, don't you? Wouldn't you release this stuff as fast as you can and just get it all out there and go down as a legend?
